Yes! Please join us for a public tour once they’re available again. We do our best to recreate the experience virtually, but nothing compares to seeing the process for yourself in person.

You can sign up for a live virtual tour in any location you like as long as the time zone and language work for you. This is a unique opportunity to visit tour sites all around the world!

On the tour, you will see what happens behind the scenes when you shop on Amazon. This includes how our amazing employees support customer fulfillment through the pick, pack, and ship processes.

We currently offer closed captioning on the video tour in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Polish, and Czech. We are working to incorporate captioning into our live virtual tours, but it is not available at this time.
